Senior Energy Manager
The candidate will be responsible for designing heating systems and energy efficiency solutions for residential and commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in Energy, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, or Bachelor's degree in other engineering specializations, but with qualification in Section A of the Register of Engineers.
- Excellent command of building design, retrofit, and energy certification software (such as Termus ACCA), knowledge of thermal bridge calculation methodologies and software.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations regarding energy efficiency of buildings.
- At least three years of previous design experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Available for short-term travel throughout Italy.

Service Unit Director
The candidate will be responsible for managing the "Digitalization" Service Unit, which involves developing solutions and managing projects for the digitalization of SMEs. The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Graduate in Electronic and/or Computer Engineering
- Registered with the Order of Engineers (mandatory requirement)
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the IT sector, preferably from technology consulting firms or software solution providers
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Availability to travel within Italy
Work location: Rome
Contractual relationship and classification to be defined based on the candidate's experience
